well. the thing about this book is that there are lots of great tips and things to learn and do and all the reasons why. but wow he's kind of an asshole (or at least writes the first half of this book as if he is). the first half or so of the book is all judgement and warning and use of terminology that he doesn't explain until the second half of the book, when it gets actually useful, and he suddenly seems like a nice non-judgemental guy. but i think his theory and practices will come in really handy, and i actually expect to refer back to this; i just really didn't like or appreciate the baggage that came with all the information. 2.5 stars because of all that.
